Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA is intended to cover pre-launch testing for a commercial payload on mission 1442. Tests involve fairing re-rad operations at Pad 40 at Cape Canaveral AFS or Pad 39A at Kennedy Space Center, and stand-alone testing at the SpaceX Payload Processing Facility. This STA is not for flight.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  Pre-launch checkout of satellite antennas and TTC links for commercial payload mission, including operation of the fairing re-rad system, prior to flight.
