Attached is a coordination for the subject STA. The requested start date is 05/01/2006, which is out of the question. I
would like comments back by COB 05/12/2006, if possible. If not, let me know. This STA request is for development
of a telemetry system for the Army between 05/01/2006 and 10/31/2006.
