Dear Mr.     Carl Huie,

Thank you for your reply.
This product is a new Transmitter and should be designed to meet FCC Part 15 as
Intentional Radiator. Sony want to exhibit this transmitter at NAB Show (USA), however we
could not get FCC approval for this model at present. So,            I submit the application for
Experimental License.

If my answer is not enough,         please let me know.
