As explained in greater detail in the attached exhibit, an STA is necessary in order for Sony to operate Citizens Broadband Radio Service Devices in the 3.5 GHz band.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  Operate Citizens Broadband Radio Service Devices in the 3.5 GHz band. As explained in greater detail in the attached exhibit, the purpose of this operation is to allow Sony to conduct an initial commercial deployment of its 3.5 GHz spectrum access service.
