Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has invited Soar Technology, Inc to demonstrate new microwave technologies with regard to data coherency. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Fort Stewart area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, Soar Technology, Inc., requests the use of this channel.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The proposed service would enable a demonstration of the Streamcaster SC4200 transceiver / antenna array in an airborne/terrestrial exercise.
