Software development has been moved to Smiths Aerospace - Germantown, MD for the MMS-P contract number DAAB07-00-C-J613. Germantown has a short term need to fly radiosondes during the testing and integration phases of the contract. The purpose of the radiosonde flights is to provide upper air weather data inputs to meteorological modeling software. The radiosonde data is a critical input data source that must be used to test the system.
