(“Sirius XM”), by counsel and pursuant to Sections 25.119(f), 5.79 and 1.948(d) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”),1 hereby notifies the Commission that the pro forma transfer of control of the earth and space station, wireless, and experimental licenses and authorizations held by Sirius XM and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Satellite CD Radio LLC and XM Radio LLC (together with Sirius XM, the “Sirius XM Licensees”) to Sirius XM Holdings Inc., as described in the above-referenced applications, was consummated on November 15, 2013.2 1 47 C.F.R. §§ 25.119(f), 5.79, and 1.948(d). 2 On July 23, 2013, the International Bureau granted Sirius XM’s request for an Extension of Closing Deadline for consummating transfer of control of Sirius XM’s earth and space station licenses from August 8, 2013 until January 24, 2014.
