Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The results of these experiments are intended to help Sirius respond to the Commissions request for such data in its pending rulemaking regarding satellite radio terrestrial repeaters and WCS operations. The rulemaking was released on December 18, 2007 and comments will be due 30 days after publication in the Federal Register. Please see the attached narrative for additional information.
