Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Sirius requests an extension for 30 days of its existing experimental STA. The results of these experiments will assist Sirius in providing information in response to the Commissions request for such data in its pending rulemaking regarding satellite radio terrestrial repeaters and WCS operations. Sirius undertook experiments to collect information for its initial comments and plans to undertake additional experiments to provide data in its reply comments, which are due March 17.
