Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The United States Navy has invited Silvus Technologies, Inc., to demonstrate emerging emission MANET / MIMO microwave technologies with relation to propagation, data throughput, vehicle integration and impact for proof of concept utilizing an aircraft as a relay to transmit video for long distance off-shore MESH networking.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstration of the Streamcaster SC4200/4400 transceivers / antenna array in an airborne, off-shore exercise. Grant of the instant request for STA for the 2.3GHz band would serve the public interest by enabling Silvus Technologies, Inc., to demonstrate the reliability of their emission scheme as it relates to a MANET / MESH networking scenario. The proposed service would enable the demonstration of the Streamcaster SC4200/4400 transceivers / antenna array in an airborne, off-shore exercise.
