        In re Application of

        Silvus Technologies, Inc.
        10990 Wilshire BLVD., Suite 1500
        Los Angeles, California 90024

To operate in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band around Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia.

        ATTN.: Microwave Branch

Silvus Technologies, Inc., hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate
within the 2360-2390MHz telemetry band pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s
Rules. Silvus Technologies, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary
authority to operate on the frequency centered at 2380MHz with a 20MHz bandwidth
from July 15 through July 22, 2018 with intermittent usage. As explained below, Silvus
Technologies, Inc., is filing an STA request to demonstrate emerging microwave
emission technology in a MIMO / MANET configuration at the USSOCOM Technical
Experimentation event at Fort A.P. Hill in Virginia. Silvus Technologies, Inc., submits that
there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request.

USSOCOM Science and Technology Directorate has invited Silvus Technologies, Inc., to
demonstrate their emerging MANET / MIMO microwave technologies with relation to
propagation, data throughput, vehicle integration and impact utilizing the Visual
Engineering Obscura IP Camera as a sensor in a terrestrial configuration to present
documentation for application for governmental contracts. Due to the frequency
congestion in and around Fort A.P.Hill, Silvus Technologis, Inc., requests the use of
channels in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band.

Silvus Technologies, Inc., certifies that the operation of the requested channels for the
purposes specified herein will not cause interference to any established stations.

Grant of the instant request for STA for the 2.3GHz band would serve the public interest
by enabling Silvus Technologies, Inc., to demonstrate the reliability of their emission
scheme as it relates to the Obscura IP Camera. The proposed service would enable
demonstration of the Streamcaster SC4400 transceiver in a mobile terrestrial exercise.
Silvus Technologies, Inc is in the process of obtaining the consent of the relevant
frequency coordinators for this project, including AFTRCC. AFTRCC has indicated its
intent to forward the results of the coordination to the Commission.

In accordance with Section 74.633 of the Commission’s Rules, the following is provided:
