The United States Air Force Research Laboratory has contracted Silvus Technologies, Inc to test a wireless telemetry system. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Southern California Area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, Silvus Technologies, Inc. requests the use of this channel.
