       In re Application of

       Silvus Technologies, Inc.

       Los Angeles, California 90024

To operate at and 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

       ATTN.: Microwave Branch

Silvus Technologies, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate
within the 2360-2390MHz telemetry band pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s
Rules. Silvus Technologies, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it temporary
authority to operate on the frequency centered at 2385MHz with a 20MHz bandwidth
from March 28 through June 28, 2016 with intermittent usage. As explained below,
Silvus Technologies, Inc is filing an STA request to demonstrate remote aircraft
operations and airbourne data relay for the US Park Police, NRO and the Navy. Silvus
Technologies, Inc submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant
       of the STA request.

Sierra Nevada Corporation has contracted Silvus Technologies, Inc. to provide a wireless
data and camera path to demonstrate the feasibility of operating an airborne relay
platform. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Washington, D.C. area,
coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area
events, Silvus Technologies, Inc. requests the use of this channel.

Silvus Technologies, Inc. certifies that the operation of the requested channel for the
purposes specified herein will not cause interference to any established stations.

Grant of the instant request for STA for 2.3GHz would serve the public interest by
enabling Silvus Technologies, Inc to provide an aerial RF platform to the US Park Police,
NRO and the Navy for security purposes. Silvus Technologies, Inc is in the process of
obtaining the consent of the relevant frequency coordinators for this project, including
AFTRCC. AFTRCC has indicated its intent to forward the results of the coordination to
       the Commission.

In accordance with Section 74.633 of the Commission’s Rules, the following is provided:
