       In re Application of

       Silvus Technologies, Inc.
       10990 Wilshire BLVD., Suite 1500
       Los Angeles, California 90024

To operate at and 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band in Sebring, Florida.

       ATTN.: Microwave Branch

Silvus Technologies, Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate
within the 2360-2390MHz telemetry bands pursuant to Section 21.25 of the
Commission’s Rules. Silvus Technologies, Inc. requests that the Commission grant it
temporary authority to operate on the frequency centered at 2385MHz with a 20MHz
bandwidth from March 17th through March 21st, 2015 with intermittent usage. As
explained below, Silvus Technologies, Inc is filing an STA request to test RF coverage for
the 2015 12 Hours of Sebring auto race. Silvus Technologies, Inc submits that there are
extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request.

The International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) has contracted Silvus Technologies,
Inc to provide a wireless camera system for coverage of the 2015 12 Hours of Sebring at
the Sebring International Raceway in Sebring, Florida. Due to the extreme frequency
congestion in the Sebring Area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional
Television and News coverage of area events, Silvus Technologies, Inc. requests the use
       of this channel.

Silvus Technologies, Inc. certifies that the operation of the requested channel for the
purposes specified herein will not cause interference to any established stations.

Grant of the instant request for STA for 2.3GHz would serve the public interest by
enabling Silvus Technologies, Inc to supply the requested remote camera system for the
event. The proposed service would enhance coverage of the events by providing on the
spot pictures and camera control from mobile locations that would not otherwise be
available to the production company. Silvus Technologies, Inc is in the process of
obtaining the consent of the relevant frequency coordinators for this project, including
AFTRCC. AFTRCC has indicated its intent to forward the results of the coordination to
       the Commission.

In accordance with Section 74.633 of the Commission’s Rules, the following is provided:
