Frequency Coordination with FAA

As requested, I contacted the FAA office responsible for frequency management in
the Western Region.

John Hepsen (FAA) (602-431-2283) coordinating with FAA Washington has
interviewed us regarding our intended use
of the requested frequency band and has granted approval for us to use the
frequency assignment of 111.600 MHz
under the power, modulation and bandwidth conditions and at the location
specified within this application.

Mr. Hepsen has consented for me to include his name and phone number in this
exhibit to be contacted for confirmation of
this approval.

This is understood to be a temporary assignment of this frequency for the period
requested and any additional
need beyond the scope of this application will be preceeded with a new request
for authorization.
