Please explain the purpose of operation:  Provide a Secure Communications / Private Mobile Radio Service to Agencies to manage and control mobile device interdiction. To provide a Secure Communications / Private Mobile Radio Service to (name of agency) Agencies to manage and control mobile device interdiction. Also, we have received support of the major carriers (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Nextel, T-Moble and Cricket) and have letter of concurrence from them.
