Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Sercomm requires an STA in order to perform experimentation and demonstration of Sercomms CBRS Band 48 indoor small cells, fixed wireless CPE and CBRS end devices. This will allow Sercomm to demonstrate the ranges of LTE signal performance, data speeds/throughputs, and coverage based on Sercomms CBRS small cells, fixed wireless CPE, and end devices.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Sercomm develops CBRS CPE and Small Cells that use CBRS/Band 48 spectrum for deployment by service providers, private LTE network operators and fixed wireless broadband operators and MSOs. In order to demonstrate CBRS solutions for fixed wireless access, Sercomm plans to demonstrate the functionality of CBRS LTE products at MWC Americas in Los Angeles from October 21-24. The purpose is to educate service providers, enterprises, and users of the benefits of CBRS/LTE solutions. Sercomm plans to demonstrate one Indoor Enterprise CBRS Small Cell, one Outdoor Fixed Wireless CBRS CPE, and two CBRS USB Dongle CPE. These devices will use Band 48 for this demonstration.
