applicant has determined that it does not require grant from 9000-9200 MHz.

Accordingly, the applicant respectfully requests that the Commission process the application without
9000-9200 MHz, and the applicant respectfully requests that the Commission remove the FAA
coordination requirement as a result.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could advise if the Commission can remove 9000-9200 MHz from
the application, or if the applicant must remove 9000-9200 MHz itself.
