Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
SAIC has operated a proprietary data link system under Experimental Licenses, most recently WD2XZI. This license provides for operation in and around our San Diego Facilities. It has been requested that we perform demonstrations of this technology to several customers or at Industry Trade shows in the Orlando FL area over the next several months. The setup, test, and demonstrations will only require 2-7 days within these windows. Exact dates cannot be provided at this time.

The operation will demonstrate to customers the proprietary data link technology used for performing position location of vehicle and soldiers as well as event data associated with individual vehicles or soldiers. This technology is used within military training environment. The operations will occur at one of two locations in the Orlando Area.
