The FCC's International Bureau would like you to address the following issue:

"With respect to the operations in the 1616-1627 MHz, we reviewed Iridium maximum EIRP earth station
values and we didn’t find any value close to the 63.095 W (ERP).

"Can the applicant submit a certification from Iridium satellite operations to verify if this power level is the
correct value?

"We also note that Iridium constellation is a NGSO and not a GSO as describe in the applicant response
to our questions."


The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of February 10, 2017 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
1.1108.
