This STA Application, number 0801-EX-ST-2015, is for extension of STA 0510-EX-ST-2013. This has been
done because the launch has changed, and thus the deployment date from ISS and initiation of
operation has changed. Currently the launch / transport to ISS is set for mid November, 2015 on ORB-4,
and deployment will be January 1, 2016 or later.

Therefore the operating period for this STA is requested for January 1, 2016 to June 30, 2016. All other
aspects of the STA would be unchanged from those of 0510-EX-ST-2013.
