Message:

The FCC's International Bureau has the following questions:

1) Will any of the fixed station antennas point vertically above the horizon? If any antenna points above
the horizon, what is the maximum elevation angle?
2) Do any of the fixed stations' antennas tilt down (below the horizon) towards the mobile stations?
3) Are there any plans for the fixed stations to transmit South-West, South or South-East? If yes, please
provide each fixed station azimuth direction in degrees. Form 442 shows the fixed station will transmit at
90 degrees in the horizontal plane (azimuth).
4) What is the maximum antenna main beam gain for the fixed stations (with ERP of 630.95 Watts)?

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of September 26, 2016 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
1.1108.
