The plan is to use the non-FCC approved network equipment through July, 2018, and then they will
update their labs with FCC approved equipment and should no longer require the STAs. Per that plan,
the STAs should not be needed in New Jersey and Detroit longer than 7/31/18 per the current plan. If
there are any additional questions please let me know.
