Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
SRI is submitting a STA request due to a need to test an experimental transmitter. The ability to begin testing July 1st along with demonstrations to the client is very valuable to the future of the program. Testing of this transmitter is expected to occur starting July 1st and run through December 31st.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose is to test and evaluate the transmitter in a representative field environment. Results determine customer decisions regarding the future of the program, as well as future system development.
