FCC Application for Experimental License File Number: 0393-EX-ST-2014 Exhibit 1: Information on Experiment Purpose of Experiment SRC respectfully requests the Federal Communications Commission to grant us an Experimental License for the operation of an airborne X Band GMTI Radar for the purpose of testing GMTI performance of a prototype radar. The period of time SRC will be requesting our Experimental License is from 6/1/2014 through 9/30/2014. Operating Location The X Band GMTI Radar will be operated on an aircraft 2 meters above ground level within the 20 km (12.4 mi) radius of operation. The coordinates SRC will use for the center of operation are: Elevation Radius of Location Latitude Longitude (Above mean Operation Sea Level) 740 m Palmdale CA 34°37'24.45"N 118° 4'57.41"W 20 km (2522 ft)
