Mr Young,

In response to your question of 4/18/2013, requesting a reason why the frequency band 9.5-10 GHz is
listed separately from the band 9.5-10.5 GHz, which it fits entirely inside of; we can operate with 9.5-10.5
GHz and would therefore not require to have a need for 9.5-10 GHz. The occupied bandwidth of our
system is 400 MHz. We can perform our experiment with a frequency assignment that supports this
bandwidth.
