FCC Application for Experimental License Renewal Call Sign: WF2XPL File Number: 0485-EX-PL-2010 Form 405 File Number: 0347-EX-RR-2012 Exhibit 4: Project Information Purpose SRC respectfully requests to the Federal Communications Commission to renew our Experimental License for the operation of one AN/TPQ-50(V)3 Radar for the purpose of continued development, and testing of the system in support of our Government Contracts. Requested Period for Experimental License Renewal SRC is requesting a two year period for the renewal of our Experimental License. Cease Buzzer Point of Contact SRC is aware that there are other services that utilize the spectrum in which our system is capable of operating. SRC understands that operation will be on a secondary non-interference basis. In the event interference complaints were to occur, SRC has taken preventative measures to cease and desist from transmission until they can be resolved. SRC has established a Cease Buzzer point of contact to quickly react with any interference complaints that are the result of our system.
