FCC Application for Experimental License File Number: 0231-EX-ST-2017 Exhibit 1: Information on Experiment Purpose of Experiment SRC respectfully requests the Federal Communications Commission to grant us an Experimental License for the operation of an airborne X Band GMTI Radar for the purpose of testing GMTI performance of a prototype radar. The period of time SRC will be requesting our Experimental License is from 7/1/2017 through 8/31/2017. Operating Location The X Band GMTI Radar will be operated on an aircraft between 3000 ft. and 12,000 ft. above mean sea level within the 92 km (50 NMi) radius of operation. The coordinates SRC will use for the center of operation are: Location Latitude Longitude Elevation Radius of (Above mean Operation Sea Level) Off Coast of 32°40'00"N 117°30'00"W 3000-12,000 ft. 92 km San Diego, CA (50 NMi)
