FCC Application for Experimental License File Number: File Number: 0195-EX-PL-2012 Exhibit 1: Request for Experimental License SRC respectfully requests to the Federal Communications Commission to grant us an Experimental License for the operation of one SRC4000 Radar for the purpose of research and development for the period of 24 months. Exhibits Our application for Experimental License contains the following exhibits: Exhibit Latitude 1 Request for Experimental License 2 FAA NGT Numbers 3 Cease Buzzer Point of Contact 4 Emission Designators Operating Location The SRC4000 radar will be operated at a fixed location at the Syracuse station location on SRC Inc., property. The height of the antenna will be 10 ft above ground level. The coordinate center SRC will use is: Location Latitude Longitude Elevation (Above Radius of mean Sea Level) Operation SRC 43° 7'44.22"N 76° 5'2.96"W 415 ft 10 Mile Operating Schedule SRC will operate the SRC4000 Radar intermittently Up to 8 hours per day over the requested 24 month period of the Experimental License grant.
