                             Exhibit 1: Information on Request

Purpose of Experiment
SRC respectfully requests to the Federal Communications Commission to grant us an
Experimental License for the operation of three SRHawk (SRC-3554) radars. The purpose of
our request is to test and evaluate radar performance in a coastal environment. Our license
request is over the period of one year ranging from June 1, 2015 through June 1, 2016

SRC-3554 Frequency Requirements
The SRHawk radar requires only one frequency within the 16.21-16.5 GHz operating band of
the system to operate.

Operating Location
The SRHawk radar will be operated at a fixed location within the radius of operation. The
coordinates SRC Inc. will use are:

                                                                   Elevation
                                                                                  Radius of
       Location Latitude Longitude (Above mean
                                                                                  Operation
                                                                  Sea Level)
     West of Port
                             34° 8'49"N 119° 5'48"W 16 ft. 20 km
     Hueneme CA

Operating Schedule
SRC will operate the SRC-3554 Radars intermittently Up to 8 hours per day over the requested
period of June 1 2015 through June 1, 2016 for the Experimental grant.

Interference Mitigation
The SRC-3554 radar can blank transmissions from 0 and 360 degrees in azimuth if necessary
to protect other services that may be operating.

Cease Buzzer Point of Contact
SRC understands that operation will be on a secondary non-interference basis. In the event
interference complaints were to occur, SRC has taken preventative measures to cease and
desist from transmission until they can be resolved. SRC has established a Cease Buzzer point
of contact to quickly react with any interference complaints that are the result of our system.
The points of contact for the Cease Buzzer are:

               Point of Contact Telephone Number
            Cease Buzzer (Primary) 315-460-0975
           Cease Buzzer (Secondary) 302-584-2013
