                             Exhibit 2: FAA NGT Coordination

FAA NGT Numbers
Operation of the SRC L-Band Radar has been pre-coordinated with the FAA. NGT numbers
issued by the FAA for this application are:

FREQ SER# Other Requirements
M1389 NG T140072 Recommended request stating your system will be
                                    blanked from 0-350 degrees.

Interference Mitigation
Concurrence with FAA Requests for Blanking: SRC Concurs with all requirement of the FAA
Coordination Request.

Frequency Management between Sites: SRC Presently has an active FCC Experimental
License for the same radar (WF2XPL FCC File Number: 0347-EX-RR-2012) that has been
granted three frequencies: 1261 MHz, 1289 MHz, and 1389 MHz. In order to mitigate the
possibility of interference to our systems at Syracuse and Cazenovia, SRC will only permit one
system to operate at a time on 1389 MHz. This practice will continue until testing is completed
at Cazenovia.
