FCC Application for Experimental License File Number: 0007-EX-CM-2018 Exhibit 1: Information on Experiment Purpose of Experiment SRC requests to the Federal Communications Commission to add the following location to our existing Experimental License WI2XXJ for the purpose of testing GMTI performance of a prototype of our X Band GMTI radar. The period of time SRC will be requesting our Experimental STA is from 4/30/2018 through 5/11/2018. Operating Location The X Band GMTI Radar will be operated on an aircraft 2438.4 meters above ground level within the 55 km (34.2 mi) radius of operation. The coordinates SRC will use for the center of operation are: Location Latitude Longitude Ground Elevation Radius of (Above mean Sea Operation Level) (kilometers) (meters) Oceana VA 36° 55’ 28” N 76° 00’ 06” W 2438.4 55 km (8000 ft) Cease Buzzer Point of Contact SRC understands that operation will be on a secondary non-interference basis. In the event interference complaints were to occur, SRC has taken preventative measures to cease and desist from transmission until they can be resolved. SRC has established a Cease Buzzer point of contact to quickly react with any interference complaints that are the result of our system.
