Section 5.55(d) of the FCC‘s Code of Federal Regulations states: "Unless otherwise directed by the Commission, each application for renewal of license shall be filed at least 60 days prior to the expiration date of the license to be renewed". The license expiration date on station KB2XEY was March 1, 1998, and on KAZXGU was December 1, 1997. In order to obtain valid licenses for your experimental radio stations, you must reapply on Form 442. Please submit the completed Form 442 through the Mellon Bank at P.O. Box 358320, Pittsburgh, PA 15251—5320. For your convenience, two copies of Form 442 are enclosed. Please reference your previous call sign in your applications.
