If it is 100 feet, then the value of 31.6 pW ERP is too large to meet the requirement of -140 dBm/24MHz EIRP. Note that the NTIA Manual has you compute the value in EIRP but our Form 442 uses ERP. ERP = EIRP/1.64. You will either need to lower the ERP value in the Form or do the computations for a distance greater than 100 feet. Note that you are allowed to add the distance to the nearest outside wall to 100 feet for the computations. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of July 10, 2017 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
