On December 1, 2016, we received additional questions from the International Bureau regarding our
pending experimental authorization application. On December 29, 2016, we submitted a request for
additional time to respond to the questions.

In response to the first question, we have uploaded antenna patterns demonstrating that the 1.0m
Ka-band antenna described in the application complies with the power flux density requirements in Article
22.5D of the ITU Radio Regulations. The attachment is titled "Ka Band Antenna Patterns".

In response to the second question, SES has decided to separately file an application for authority to
operate the 1.6m Ku-band antennas under a temporary fixed license. The application will be filed shortly.
