SERCEL, INC. requires this license for several reasons as follows: A) To conduct technical demonstrations of equipment. B) To conduct path propagation studies. C) Demonstration of equipment to prospective purchasers for proposed stations. D) Sample testing of equipment in connection with production. SERCEL, INC. has recently changed its name from OPSEIS, INC., under which it holds experimental license KO2XFY, file number 3435— EX—R—95 . SERCEL, INC. desires to change the company name, modify the ERP and renew the license at this time.
