Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
SAIC is submitting a proposal to the US Army, PEO STRI, for a training range system, which includes a data link radio. As part of the proposal, they require a demonstration of the radio system in a field environment. This demonstration will not take place on a Military Base or other government owned property.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstration to exchange wireless data between several mobile entities and a transportable base station. The purpose of operation is to exchange wireless data between several mobile entities and a transportable base station. Demonstration preparation will take place in the SAIC Orlando office parking lot using ground level antennas. The actual demonstration will take place on Big Oaks Ranch approximately 20 miles north of Orlando.
