RESEARCH CORPORATION EXHIBIT A Multiple two—way voice and modem data communications required in support of experimental aircraft navigation activities to be conducted by U.S. Government aircraft operating at an altitude of 20,000 feet MSL and within 200 nautical miles of the Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Maryland. Air/ground frequencies in the 225 to 400 MHz band currently assigned to the U.S. Navy will be used for this experimental project subject to advance coordination with the mid—Atlantic Frequency Coordinator (514000A).
