These documents contain detailed system development, equipment descriptions and related information about the development platform which can be the basis for future development at Ruckus Wireless, Inc. Ruckus and its development partners consider it to be proprietary, confidential, and a custom design otherwise not released to the general public. (6) Identification of any measures taken by the submitting party to prevent unauthorized disclosure; Ruckus Wireless, Inc. has classified the information as confidential and information shall only be disclosed by employees to third parties who have a need to know such information in order to work with Ruckus and only after a standard Ruckus nondisclosure agreement, or other nondisclosure agreement approved by the Legal Department for such purpose, has been entered into with the third party. (7) Identification of whether the information is available to the public and the extent of any previous disclosure of the information to third parties; This information is not made publically available. Non-Disclosure agreements are in place with all third parties involved. (8) Justification of the period during which the submitting party asserts that material should not be available for public disclosure; and Information should be held confidential indefinitely. (9) Any other information that the party seeking confidential treatment believes may be useful in assessing whether its request for confidentiality should be granted.
