May 1, 2017 To Whom It May Concern: This is to certify that: Ruckus Wireless is a manufacturer of radio frequency equipment (WiFi access points). The RF experimentation will be conducted by following a strict Test Plan defined and approved by Ruckus Wireless in a laboratory environment. Ruckus Wireless will have a Project Manager in place to specifically follow the Test Plan, track results, and publish test results. Ruckus Wireless has extensive RF experience and expertise with over 10 years developing and commercializing dozens of RF products and has a significant number of RF engineers on permanent staff. For the above reasons, I believe Ruckus Wireless meets the Eligibility criteria for Program Experimental License set forth in Part 5 subpart E of the Commission Rules.
