Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are exhibiting at the IWCE show in Las Vegas in March. This TETRA base station will be used by emergency services ( Police, Fire, Military ) for secure data and voice systems. We would like to have an on-line broadcast network for the show. Both base station and mobiles.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  This is a proof of concept for the Tetra System. We would like to present a small TETRA system live on air and therefore need licensing from the local authority and / or FCC. The base station that we will bring in works in the frequency band 425-430 MHz Tx (downlink) and 415-420 MHz Rx (uplink). According to the TETRA Standard I need a frequency pair with a spacing of 10 MHz e.g. 425.500 and 415.500. The exact frequency within this range can be defined by the local authority but shall not exceed the range of 425 to 430 for Tx and 415 to 420 accordingly for Rx.
