Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Rockwell Collins intends to temporarily test a prototype networking radio system from Jan-Jun 2016. As a prototype development, this testing will be frequent, but intermittent and currently not predictable beyond the requested window.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To temporarily test a prototype networking radio system. Testing will include basic operational verification, enhanced feature capability characterization, and link performance envelope characterization of an Advanced Tactical Data Link radio system from fixed, mobile and airborne nodes.
