Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA will enable operations in Tampa to be in included in Wideband HF (48KHz) network (Cedar Rapids, IA; Richardson, TX; Las Cruces, NM, etc.) to conduct WBHF experimental tests in September.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To test new waveforms over the air to characterize performance and actual wideband HF channel propagation characteristics. Rockwell Collins is currently conducting experiments to define waveforms for high speed data over HF. Specifically, Rockwell Collins seeks to test new waveforms over the air to characterize performance and actual wideband HF channel propagation characteristics.
