Rockwell Collins was instructed to coordinate with the FAA for the 328.6-335.4 MHz band. Shortly after
that email, we contacted the FAA POC to coordinate. We have not yet heard back from the FAA, but we
are continuing to reach out to coordinate. We will respond again to this correspondence as soon as we
receive the NGT number. Also pursuant to the instructions, we have removed the military exclusive
bands (225-328.6 MHz and 335.4-399.9 MHz) from our application. Please let us know if you have any
questions.
