Dear Mr. Ghaffari,

In response to your correspondence from April 12, 2017, we confirm that the main purpose of the
modification to WI2XKS is to update with the new federal contract and the modified experiment
description as a result of the new contract. Due to the changes in experiment description, we also
modified the ERP. Other than that, there were no technical changes to the application other than a
change to the transmitting equipment from an ATDL transmitter to QNT-CH transmitter.
