LOCAL COORDINATION WITH THE DOD FREQUENCY MANAGER FOR CAMP PENDL ETON IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO TRANSMISSION TO AVOID FREQUENCY CONFLICT WITH OTHER DOD SYSTEMS IN THE 1370-1390 MHZ RANGE. FURTHER DEVELOPMENT REQUIR ES SUBMISSION OF A SPS CERTIFICATION REQUEST FROM THE DOD SPONSOR.
