Development and testing of a parking lot occupancy sensor. The device is not yet FCC-certified and is subject to a pending waiver request filed by the Applicant on September 22, 2019. See Attached Narrative exhibit.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing and development of new product which provides parking lot occupancy information via a gateway to motorists or potential shoppers. See attached narrative.
