Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Robert Bosch LLC (Car Multimedia business unit) is developing a product for a car sharing provider and will need to test it on puiblic roads. The product will only contain a cellular modem to wirelessly transmit data from the device to a cloud server. The modem is made by Sierra Wireless and is pre FCC certified. There are no other wireless transmitters or radios in the device. The device will be mounted inside the vehicle, at the top of the windshield, eliminating any risk that a drivers field of view could be impacted. Maximum number of devices for our testing activities is 60
