Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Development and testing at a single manufacturer location and within a 80-kilometer radius of a centerpoint, of a new product for shared vehicle maintenance. The product senses sections of a vehicle and transmits the information to a collection point. It is a product for management of vehicles. The device is not yet FCC-certified. See Attached Narrative exhibit.
