To permit development and proof- of-concept testing of a mobile communications and processing device for advanced telematics applications such as machine health monitoring, agronomic data capture, advanced logistics and remote diagnostics. The host vehicles for this device are off-road, farming vehicles. The device is not yet FCC-certified. See Attached Narrative exhibit.
